In the first quarter of 2025, the Android platform in Latin America saw notable trends in the performance of popular sandbox games. Data from Sensor Tower reveals intriguing insights into downloads, revenue, and active user patterns.

Roblox maintained a strong presence with weekly revenue peaking at around $1.9M at the start of the quarter, before experiencing a steady decline, ending March with approximately $1.5M. Weekly downloads showed a similar pattern, starting at 1.6M, peaking mid-January, and then gradually decreasing to about 1.1M by the end of March. Active users began the quarter at 57.6M, witnessing a slight decline to 48.3M.

Craftsman: Building Craft saw a varied download trend. Starting with 421K downloads, the numbers fluctuated, peaking at 465K in late February, and closing the quarter at 353K. The active user count began at 2.7M, dipping to 2.3M by the end of March.

Block Craft 3D：Building Game experienced a consistent download rate with an early peak of 556K in mid-January, followed by a decline to 312K by the quarter's end. Revenue remained relatively stable, hovering around $500 weekly, and active users decreased from 1.4M to 1.2M.

Minecraft Trial demonstrated stable download numbers, starting at 361K and concluding at 274K. Active users showed resilience, starting at 1.2M, peaking in mid-March, and ending slightly lower at 1.1M.

Lastly, PK XD: Fun, friends & games observed a steady revenue stream, starting at $35K and ending at $26K. Downloads varied, beginning with 462K, peaking at 342K in early March, and finishing at 245K. Active users started at 2.8M, dipping to 2.1M by the end of March.
